In-Home Visit

$110 / visit

We come to your parent's home for about 60–90 minutes and work through whatever they need, at their pace — setting up and learning their smartphone or tablet, video calls and photos with family, texting, email, managing apps, passwords, and online safety and spotting scams. We repeat as often as it takes and leave them more confident than we found them. This is the best place to begin.

First visit: $79 introductory session, then $110 after.

Not sure what device they have? A free 30-minute in-home assessment is available.

Remote Sessions

$40 / 30 min

A scheduled 30-minute video call (Zoom) or phone session — the easy way to keep things going after an in-home visit. Perfect for follow-up questions, help with something new, a quick scam check, or a refresher. Because we've already met your parent and know their setup, we pick right back up where we left off.

Remote sessions are $40 for clients who've had an in-home visit. Prefer to start remotely? A first remote-only session is $49 — though we recommend beginning with a free in-home visit.

Group Workshops

Friendly, hands-on classes for retirement communities, libraries, community centers, and faith groups. We bring a chosen topic to your group of about 8–12 and make technology approachable for everyone in the room. Custom and recurring programs available.
